photographs from the most magical day and night spent with jenny, brian and evie just after christmas.
i arrived to find that brian had cooked me the most lovely veggie meal and jenny had made me mulled wine and got me chocolate cake to celebrate my birthday which had been the day before. lots of hugs, laughter and falling in love with evie all over again . . . there was lisa hannigan in the background, lots of coffee in thrifted vintage china, good food and even better company. brian let jenny and i brave the cold the next day so we could charity shop, catch up and eat cake in our old haunt; gruel. it was so awesome just sitting there together. remembering business meetings from when we had our wee stall way back them and talking about how much things have changed for us both. definitely for the better. we walked a street right by where we used to live and which we haven't been on in years. and it's so weird that no matter what has changed in our lives, jenny and i are always still the same.
*sigh*
i sooo much wish we lived closer together.

hello! i live in manchester and they sell lula in a shop called magma. i think there are a few others scattered around the country. also, i know that you can subscribe via lula's website -lulamag.com-, it's £20 for 2 issues, but considering how much they go for on ebay, it's worth it! xx
